CEO and co-founder of Reality Games — is a serial entrepreneur with a background in law, public administration and management (Jagiellonian University, Kraków). He built and ran Supremum 360, a marketing syndicate of three companies employing 60 people, which he bootstrapped for 12 years and successfully sold.

Zbigniew also served as director of the Polish Promotion Programme 2020 at the Kościuszko Institute in Kraków, where he led the creation of a unified strategy to promote Poland—linking business, tourism and culture—and worked on national image and brand positioning.

Today he leads Reality Games, a data-driven mobile studio whose titles have reached over 30 million players worldwide. Their flagship, Landlord: Real Estate Tycoon, is a global hit, and Zbig is spearheading the global launch of Monopoly World, a next-generation geolocation mobile experience developed in partnership with Hasbro.

Formerly as an entrepreneur, co-founded Filmaster, a personalized recommendation startup acquired in 2015 by Samba TV. During his four years at Samba he built a team of 40 engineers in Warsaw and helped grow the company’s products onto the British and German markets.

Borys also co-founded ReaktorWarsaw startup hub, ReaktorX accelerator which helped 200+ first-time founders kickstart their startups, and Startup Poland, a leading think tank.

Konrad planned to code forever; instead, he accidentally co-founded SALESmanago, which became Europe’s #3 CDP/XP with 400 people. Post-exit, he advises startups, audits tech for VCs, and now turns AI and quantum computing into products that sell.

He practices AI-assisted software development in real teams, treating LLMs as pair-programmers, reshaping delivery.
